I thought I would post this very interesting article about how babies are delivered and how children are brought up. Of course, how a baby is delivered is not always within one's control and there are LOTS of things to balance the negatives out so don't be upset when you read this. But, generally, this is great information.

As probably everyone knows by now, our familyw as away this weekend camping in the wilderness. We had no showers or sinks-yuck. BUT….I kept saying to myself, my kids are eating with filthy hands but the upside is they are building their immune systems even more than before-YAY:). I was never one to worry about overly washing hands unless they were literally touching poop (we have lots of animals), otherwise, I am not a fanatic about any of that. Thank goodness they have great immune systems.

But, in any case, this is a great article. Babies come into this world an open being-it is not THAT difficult to guide them into a direction of great health even if they come in at a deficeit. And, for thos of you who cannot breast feed, don't allow others to make you feel bad! You can make up for that with the use of probiotics.

So bottom line, there are lots of great ways to be a great parent and give your child the best head start at health. There is never one way to do anything really. But, having good information to go by helps and then you can make the right decisions for you and your family:)
