I have posted an endless number of posts on water. I try hard to not be redundant. This post in interesting because over the years I have repeated the importance of bottled water (as much as I am not for it environmentally (although glass is great for both you and the environment). Many over the years ask me-I have well water-so I can drink that right? Well, I always say, no, I dont think so. I dont think it is a good idea. I have many pieces of information about water-but the one piece that is for sure is that bottled over tpa or well is 100% critical to getting well.
Furthermore-the kind of bottle can make a huge difference too! This is why I did a post back a bit gathering the information on that so that patients from around the globe could share what they are drinking to save newcomer time and help those who may not be doing as well. One of may current patients opted to stick wtih well water for quite a long clip-only to come around to thebrutal realization that in fact bottled water is the make or break difference in her bladder health. We have been around the block and back many times over with this and we are both now quite sure.
Neither of us wanted that to be the case, but, it is undeniable. Now, having said that it certainly does not mean you cannot ever drink other water in your life. After you are well and balanced mixing it up a bit is fine. But, in general bottled water should be your main intake until I/we/it can determine a safe alternative. I just do not as of now know the answer to that question.
But, as for getting better-it is so important to drink a healthy bottled water. And, I do recommend glass because it is better for you and the environment. When you think about the money-theink about the money you would be spending on soda and juice and all of the other things you would be eating and drinking that you are not now. Spending money on replenishing the very thing that your body is primarily comprised of is worth the extra cost and is not much extra when you have excluded all of the junk!
