In order to be more efficient with time and effectiveness, we now have a new email: urgent@bomamed.com. It will be checked during office hours Monday through Saturday. Email will not be checked on Sundays.

Every change is an adjustment, and this is a big one. I have struggled with this for some time. I hope that everyone understands my intention is to deliver the most effective treatment that I can.

I have been doing this for a long time, and it is my hope that I am doing it when I am very old. In order to maintain that pace, the email communications simply need to be better organized and managed. Raquel and Lynn, my long time assistants are helping me do that so that I can be here for everyone who needs me in the best way possible.
