Set oven to 400F
Line baking sheet with parchment paper

Mix together:
1 cup quick cook oats
1 cup whole  plain almonds
1/4 – 1/2 cup Fruit Sweet by Wax Orchard (concentrated fruit juice blend for baking and cooking) – you want to make sure that everything is
                                            mixed well together, but, that there is not too much Fruit Sweet that will run off  the mixture as it burns quickly
Press mixture all over parchment paper
Set timer for 5-7 minutes (all ovens are different)
Take out,  stir and flip over – you will see that the oats are browning on the bottom
Set timer for 5-7 minutes
Watch that the almonds are not getting dark
Remove from oven
Cool
Break into pieces
Add:  chopped dates, sugar free organic cherries or whatever fruit you can have and store it all in a sealed container

To serve:

Microwave Wax Orchard chocolate sauce and drizzle over some in a bowl.  Add a banana or whatever else you can have.

THINGS I KNOW FOR SURE:
This recipe is basically whatever you are allowed in your diet.
Make sure that you do not bake any of the fruit – it will burn.
And most important…if you have a bit of the mixture on the spoon and bite it off – you are going to burn your tongue!
You can shake the container to break up the pieces more and dance and get exercise to wear off the calories from eating it.
