I never make pies, but, my daughter asked me to last night so I thought, hmm, I will giv eit a try. So, I googled “easy pie crust recipe” after looking at the first one I googled and being humbled by all of the complicated steps.

I followed this recipe for the crust :

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons white sugar-substituted 2 tspoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Mix everything together and mold the dough into a pie pan.

After this, I cut up peaches, nectarines, rasberries, and straberries into small squares and poured them into the pie crusts. After that, I drizzled maple syrup over the fruit. I baked it at 350 for about 45 minutes. And, OMG, it was unbelievable! Oh, and I used Pamelas baking mix for the crust.
