Spelt Fried Steak
 
Natural cube steaks — can also use thin hamburger patties.
Salt
1 egg
About 1/4 cup spelt flour (or flour of your choice)
Olive oil
 
Heat 1/4 inch of olive oil in a pan.  Coat a plate with flour.  Put egg in a bowl.  Sprinkle salt on both sides of steaks.  Coat steaks in flour to cover both sides.  Dip steaks in egg to cover both sides.  Coat steaks in flour again on both sides.  Put steaks in pan.  Cook each side for about 2 1/2 minutes.  Enjoy!
