One thing I have realized I have not mentioned is this kefir cheese in the picture. It is loaded with probiotics and is delicious. We eat this often in our family and it is something that I always froget to mention to people. For those of you at the end of list three-remind me and ask if it might be appropriate for you! Or for those of you eating yoghurt already-this is OK to try. But make sure you ask us first just in case-everyone is a bit different.
