I may have offended a few people earlier on my blog not meaning to of course. My post was not aimed at anyone, it was not for any purpose of condescending or judgement. I am so sorry if I made anyone feel inadequate because they may need to rely on western medications to get through this.

It was not my intent to judge those who have walked a line between the two paths. As I said, if I were injured, I would be headed right to the MDs. There are times that each of us may feel different things are appropriate. 

I dont have time to illuminate at the moment, but, I wanted to rush home and post this apology. Many people have many situations and I am here to help you navigate through them and not judge you. What I want you to know is that there is more often than not a way out, even if it is extraordinarily difficult and even if it requires circumventing the straight line and the obvious solutions.
