I get a lot of push back on red meat and why I suggest it. Too much saturated fat-bad ofr your heart-bad for cholesterol. I have gone into some detail on this in previous posts. But, this is a really nice article from Dr. Mercola which gives some nice concise inght on the matter. IT also includes some other foods which, I also recommend down the line of treatment.
