I have rec’d several of the same question and wanted to post this to be clear. For steaming veggies, tap water is fine. But, if you are making tea or soup, please use bottled water. The issues with the water do not get purified by boiling as far as I can tell. I know that some of you may feel it is a big committment and expense to use bottled water, but, in my experience it can make an immense difference.

As I have said in the past, I continue to study the water issue to come up with good post treatment water advice. But, for now, bottled spring is best both during and after treatment. But, you will be saving money lots of money in alcohol, sugar, sodas, and snacks that you used to eat. So, half that budget can go to water:) That is how I rationalize my water bill each month. I am happy to spend the money on something my body needs to have to stay healthy.
